What are your hours of operation?

Cibelli's is open Monday-Saturday between 11:00am - 9:00pm, and closed on Sunday. We are also always closed on Christmas, Easter, July 4th, and Thanksgiving.

Note: Orders placed after 8:30pm must be take-out orders. This gives us time to clean up our store and head home to our families.

What is your return policy if there is a mistake with my pizza?

Cibelli’s is happy to offer either a full refund, or a complete remake, of your pizza if you are not satisfied with it. In order to receive a full refund or remake, more than half of the original pizza must be returned to the store within 24 hours. We do not offer refunds in the store if the pizza was eaten or cannot be returned, or if a coupon was used. In the event you are not able to return your pizza within 24 hours, you can email cibellisfamily@gmail.com for further assistance. We are committed to providing the highest quality pizzas and service.

Note: Any customer who is rude, disrespectful, or unkind to our hardworking team members will be asked to leave.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Cibelli's Pizza offers a 10" Personal Pie in a gluten-free crust. Vegan options and ingredient lists are not available at this time.

How do I request a donation from Cibelli's?

Cibelli's loves to focus our donations to local community charities. Our goal with donations is to do everything we can to support sick, injured, or underprivileged children in our local communities. This is what is near and dear to our hearts. If your charity involves these type of situations with children, please send an email to cibellisfamily@gmail.com and we will get right back to you letting you know if we can help!

Can I place an order for delivery?

Cibelli's does not do delivery at this time and does not partner with third party delivery companies. We like to ensure that our pizzas are handed directly to our customers hot, fresh, and made correctly!

Do you have any specials or discounts?

Yes! We regularly offer specials and discounts on our website. We also encourage all customers to register with Square to be directly sent awesome deals and specials!

Can I make changes to my pizza?

1. COOKING PIZZAS - In an effort to stay very consistent with our high quality pizza, we do not cook pizzas “crispy”, “well done”, “light”, etc... for any reason. Our goal is to cook all pizzas and slices golden brown and perfect. Working with stone ovens requires a lot of skill to cook a perfect pizza. Pizza colors and cooking may vary due to the nature of artisan pizza.

2. SPECIAL PIZZA REQUESTS - We only prepare, cook, and serve items that are clearly stated on our menu as an option.

3. CHANGING TOPPINGS - We are very happy to offer a "Build Your Own" pizza option where you can pick and choose the exact toppings you love. If changes to toppings are requested to be made to any of our set menu pizzas, deals, or specialty pizzas, then that pizza will be charged as a “Build Your Own” pizza, and the Build Your Own prices listed on our menu will apply.

4. (6) TOPPING LIMIT - Cibelli's prepares our pies with a maximum of six toppings. More than six toppings will be too heavy on a NY Style thin crust. Six toppings total. No exceptions. We want to make sure you get an excellent pizza! :-)

Can I book a large order for a party or event?

Absolutely! Pending the day and time the order is needed to be ready, we can prepare large orders for parties, events, and gatherings. Please contact your nearest Cibelli's locations.
