For almost 25 years, Cibelli's family-owned restaurants have been proud to be part of the Central Oregon community. We are committed to continuing the traditional lost art of hand-tossed pizzas. Combining the pizza artistry with our traditional customer service values is who we are. We cook on stone ovens in an open kitchen where everyone can see the flying and spinning pizzas! This combined with using the freshest and finest ingredients has allowed us to serve our community the BIGGEST and BEST pizza in town for many years. Our Journey From the Beginning to Now
Frank Cibelli
Born and raised in New York, Frank Cibelli struggled to find good pizza in Bend, OR for years. The ever-passionate entrepreneur, Frank decided to open up his own pizza shop to bring back the lost art of making real NY pizza.
Brett Bateman
Brett moved to Central Oregon and got a job working for Frank at Cibelli's pizza shop. Brett and Frank shared a passion for the pizza business from day one. The combination of Frank's fiery passion for the business and Brett's previous pizza and experience resulted in the perfect partnership. Frank trusted Brett, and Brett was loyal to Frank. They worked very well together for many years and open several more locations.
Bateman Family
Moving towards retirement, Frank handed the reins of the company over to Brett to run the business and restaurants. As the business grew though, Brett needed help. For several years Brett worked with his brothers (and one baby sister) to improve Cibelli's pizzas and customer experience. The Bateman Brothers worked tirelessly in hiring, training, and building a team of pizza artists and restaurant professionals.

Since 2016, Brett and his brother Christopher have been the sole owners of Cibelli's NY Pizza and Bogey's Burgers. Both brothers have large families and place a great emphasis on the importance of being a family company. The Bateman brothers were raised on a farm where they learned to really work and appreciate those that work with you. The boys' parents always established the core value of faith in God in their lives, which influences their business to this day. Kindness, forgiveness, honesty, and hard work are at the heart of all Cibelli's restaurants. These driving principles have allowed Cibelli's to continue to have a family-based work culture, where all team members who work for Cibelli's are considered family. Brett and Christopher are especially loyal to their hard-working management team who provides the real skill and foundation of all the day-to-day operational success. The Batemans and the entire Cibelli's work family are grateful for the support and kindness our customers have shown to Cibelli's over all these years in Central Oregon.
